Remediation: Stopping the Damage. Starting the Recovery.

Let's Get Started

CA15 Restoration and Construction - Certified & Done RIGHT!

Did you know? CA15 Restoration and Construction is an IICRC Certified Firm. What does that mean?

At CA15 Restoration & Construction, we are proud to be an IICRC Certified Firm, with certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT).

Our certifications demonstrate our commitment to following recognized industry standards for water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage restoration. Through ongoing education and adherence to ANSI/IICRC standards, we utilize proven methods, specialized equipment, and established restoration practices to help return properties to a safe and healthy condition.

And not to mention - as of July 1st 2024...ITS NOW THE LAW!

Virginia has recognized the importance of professional mold remediation by enacting legislation that makes it a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (Virginia Code § 59.1-200) to sell or offer professional mold remediation services for a residential dwelling without holding the required IICRC mold remediation certification. This law helps ensure that homeowners receive services from properly trained and qualified professionals who follow nationally recognized remediation standards.

Whether responding to water intrusion, microbial contamination, or fire and smoke damage, our team is committed to providing professional, thorough, and reliable restoration services throughout Central Virginia.

Types of Remediation Projects We Handle

Water Damage Remediation

Water Damage Remediation

Water Damage Remediation

Whether caused by a burst pipe, appliance failure, roof leak, overflowing fixture, or storm event, water can quickly damage building materials and create conditions that support microbial growth. We utilize industry-recognized drying techniques, moisture mapping, and specialized equipment to remove excess moisture and help dry affected structural materials.

When excess moisture is left untreated, mold can develop in as little as 24 to 48 hours under favorable conditions. Our mold remediation services focus on identifying and correcting the moisture source, establishing containment when appropriate, removing affected materials as necessary, and cleaning impacted areas in accordance with recognized industry standards. As an IICRC Certified Firm, we perform residential mold remediation in compliance with applicable Virginia law and accepted industry practices.

Fire & Smoke Damage

Storm & Weather-Related Damage

Fire and smoke can leave behind soot, odors, and residues that require specialized cleaning techniques. We provide remediation services designed to address fire and smoke damage and prepare the property for reconstruction.

Storm & Weather-Related Damage

Heavy rain, wind-driven water, and severe weather can result in roof leaks, water intrusion, and interior damage. We help mitigate the effects of storm-related losses by addressing water intrusion, drying affected materials, and preparing the property for repairs.

Crawl Space & Moisture Issues

Crawl spaces are especially susceptible to elevated moisture, condensation, and microbial growth. Through moisture evaluations, drying, remediation, and crawl space improvements, we help create conditions that support a healthier indoor environment and protect the structural components of your home.
